Only items purchased directly from www.cinoton.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For non-quality related return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality related return, Cinoton refunds the cost of the product itself.

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

My shop building was built by a previous owner of the house and slowly we have been replacing all the things he did wrong when he built it. Most recently the fix has been replacing old fluorescent fixtures that have ballasts going out. This unit is basically the exact form factor of the old lights so the mounting is a no brainer. The wiring is also nearly the same so it makes that part an easy swap. The brightness is a massive upgrade and light is very important in a shop. The old bulbs took a while to warm up and at their best provided minimum lighting. This is instantly on and you could easily confuse the inside of the shop for noon day outside. Super convenient that it comes with everything you need to hang it including the chains and even wire nuts.
These lights are amazing. Super bright. Installs like any other light fixture. Hands down a perfect replacement for old fluorescent fixtures.
Lights we're easy to install, I've installed these in my garage. They work really well and are dimmable.
I've been meaning to replace the existing light in my garage which amounts to a lightbulb socket on the ceiling. When I ran across this 150W LED Light Fixture it looked like a great option. Rather than remove the existing light socket and hard wire this new light in, I elected to get a 6' power cord with a pigtail end and wired this light to the white power cord. That way I can replace the existing light bulb with a light socket to plug adaptor and then plug this right in. (Did this before with a 4' florescent shop light but got tired of the flickering bulbs so when the ballast went, so did the light). I will now have a high-quality good-looking and energy-efficient LED shop light. Although I haven't hung it in the garage yet (its winter and cold out there), I did plug it in and it's very bright and should do the job very well.....much better than that old 100 watt light bulb there now. The bottom of this fixture will hang approximately 6" down from the ceiling with about a 4" air gap from the top to the ceiling, so I will still have space for fixture cooling yet plenty of head room. I am pleased with this light.
