Only items purchased directly from www.cinoton.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For non-quality related return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality related return, Cinoton refunds the cost of the product itself.
If the item(s) received are defective/incorrect/damaged. Then the freight will be borne by Cinoton.
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
How do i return an item?
Pleasecontact our Customer Support teamto start the return process. Please include the following information:

- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
When will i receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

I installed 4 of these in my 40' x 50' shop. 13' walls and 20' peak. I installed 1 light in each 20' bay and it is like daylight. The white insulation also helps the lighting. Great price and product, I would highly recommend these lights and will but again if I have a need.
These lights are fantastic! If you are on the fence, just buy them!! I installed a total of 6 of them inside my 36x36 shop. My walls are 12’ high so the lights are installed about 14’ off the floor. It is easily 4x brighter than when I had 6 4’ fluorescent shop lights installed. The photo I attached was only with 5 of the lights hooked up. It’s daylight in there now lol.
I used this light to replace a 150w 5000K high bay in my shop that quit on me.
This light is considerably brighter at 160w. Considerably brighter! I’m very happy with it and I’m hoping it will last for a long time.
The price was excellent. I spent more for the other light I have. If another one quits, I think I’ll just replace them all with these.

I purchased high bay LED lights for my shop and these are considerably bright for a fraction of the price. I'll be selling my premium lights and replacing them with these. 16' up gives me about a 45' diameter of bright white light.
I really like the appearance of this light and the fact that it isn’t as bulky as some of the others that I have.
I needed a new light for the workshop, but wanted one that also wouldn’t be an eye sore when people came by.
This light works great and was easy to install. I do have it connected to a light switch that controls the plug I plugged it into. This makes it very easy for me to just flip the switch and light up the entire workshop.
This light is very bright and has made a big difference in being able to see the lines that have been drawn that need to be cutout on the wood pieces.
This light out performs the other two I had previously been using. This light is now performing what two lights had previously been.
If you are looking for a light that has a great appearance as well as function I would recommend this light.
