If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us(service@cinoton.com) within 30 days from receiving your order.
Only items purchased directly from www.cinoton.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For non-quality related return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

How do i return an item?

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

Husband had a friend install them. It wasn't to difficult but we aren't experienced with electrical mechanics so figured it'd be best for someone who knows how to do it. Our porch light is strange and we didn't know where to find these or if they were even sold anymore. Turns out here they are! Work very well

Excellent build quality, you won't find a better built light for the price. Very impressed with the metal housing and quality lens at this price point.
Mounting required drilling some holes and a couple of tapcons due to my non-standard electrical box.
Brightness is good, but not 3,000 lumens. In the photo my garage lights are 1500 lumen, 23 watt, 5,000k LED bulbs in standard fixtures. The side light is about the same brightness.
The Cinoton is a much more efficient light dispersion design and would only require about 750 lumens to deliver the same brightness as a 1500 lumen bulb in a standard fixture. There is almost no "wasted" light with the Cinotion design.
I'd be interested in knowing the actual power draw if anybody has hooked up a power meter to the light.
Bought these to serve as security lights for my front door. They replaced LED lights that stopped working after about 3 years. They are very bright and the area they cover is just right. I liked them so much I ordered a second set to have as a spare!
These lights are awesome! Easy to install, very bright (but not excessively so for their intended use), and the photocell works to turn lights o at dusk exactly as expected.
The lights are well made, sturdy solid aluminum housing with a white metal reflector and clear plastic lens. My only caution is that instructions say to punch out appropriate holes for wiring and screws, but I'm not sure they punch out too well. I used a drill to position the holes where I wanted them anyway - aluminum is easy to drill and I prefer the solid housing over a thin one you can too easily punch parts from.
Also after connecting initially I could not prove the light was working by covering the photocell to make it turn on - but as soon as the sun went down the light came on as intended. Next I pointed a bright flashlight at the light to verify it immediately turned back off again.
The lights work flawlessly, are good value, well made and easy to install - 100% recommended. I liked them enough I ordered another pair and will definitely order the same again any time I need any more.
You can see from the images how bright they are with no other light nearby - one out by the carport, one by the front door.
