Only items purchased directly from www.cinoton.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For non-quality related return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality related return, Cinoton refunds the cost of the product itself.
If the item(s) received are defective/incorrect/damaged. Then the freight will be borne by Cinoton.
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
How do i return an item?
Pleasecontact our Customer Support teamto start the return process. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
When will i receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

How do i change or cancel my order?

I have a three bay garage, with each having had respectively a traditional fluorescent light. The fluorescent lights are relatively dim, especially during the winter. I decided to replace the middle one with this 60W LED unit. It is bright enough to brighten up all three bays. I find it is much easier to work in the garage now.
Great & durable LED LIGHT. EASY install via top mount but requires disassembly to wire thru side port, however this method allows addition of a motion detector & D2D option component mounted on the opposing port. We bought a second light a few years after the first purchase since they stand the test of time and we’re pleased with both. 👍
I put these in my carport to have more light and they do not disappoint. Super bright as you can see from the picture taken down by the road looking up to my house 100 feet away. They are a pretty cool light tone, so keep that in mind if you’re trying to coordinate with anything warmer.

Got them to put on a 20'x12' shed. I put one on each side of the shed and they worked perfectly. Plenty of light and bright. Easy to install (if you have experience working with electric and wiring 120VAC equipment, always shut off the power and use the right tools/equipment). I would get more in the future if I have a need for Dusk to Dawn lighting.
