Thankfully, we include each product with a 5-year warranty.

We back the quality of our products from which our name is derived. Our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. So if you run into any issues regarding functionality or physical damage, take advantage of our 5-year warranty. Before contacting us, please prepare the following information:

• Product SKU #
• Quantity Purchased
• Photo or video proof of defect
• Original Invoice
• Date of purchase and installation

Within 7 business days, we will complete your warranty claim upon inspection and/or repair. If we are unable to repair or replace your defective fixture, we will credit you the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account.

The following will void your luminaire’s warranty:

The lighting system in which the light is installed is not used in accordance with:
The National Electric Code (NEC)
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Standards
American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standards

Failing to follow the product’s instructions
Using the LED lights outside of recommended operating conditions
Modifying your luminaires
Subjecting the fixture to misuse, negligence, or unusual stress

CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THE SALE OF ANY PRODUCT, OR ANY BREACH BY CINOTON OF ITS OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO, SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENTS OF THE PRODUCTS OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY CUSTOMER TO CINOTON FOR THE PRODUCTS, AT CINOTON’S SOLE DISCRETION, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, CINOTON SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO CUSTOMER UNLESS (I) CUSTOMER HAS COMPLIED WITH THE REQUIREMENTS HEREUNDER FOR MAKING A CLAIM, (II) THE PRODUCTS ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE BY CINOTON AND (III) CUSTOMER HAS PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS IN FULL WHEN DUE. CINOTON HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES TO CUSTOMER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR HEREIN. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CINOTON BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, REVENUE OR BUSINESS) ARISING FROM, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO, THE SALE, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY HEREIN. THIS EXCLUSION SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY.
