Only items purchased directly from www.cinoton.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For non-quality related return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality related return, Cinoton refunds the cost of the product itself.
If the item(s) received are defective/incorrect/damaged. Then the freight will be borne by Cinoton.

How do i return an item?

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

Installed 4 of these 240W high bay led lights in my 24x35 garage that has 14 ft walls and peaks at 17.5 ft. These were perfect and easy to install. I hung them on 1/2 emt conduit and couldnt be happier. I dont know that I would want any more. The light covers very well. So far after two weeks I have been very pleased with these. Especially for the price. Would reccomend and buy again if needed.
I really like the appearance of this light and the fact that it isn’t as normal as some of the others that I have.
I needed a new light for the workshop, but wanted one that also wouldn’t be an eye sore when people came by.
This light works great and was easy to install. I do have it connected to a light switch that controls the plug I plugged it into. This makes it very easy for me to just flip the switch and light up the entire workshop.
This light is very bright and has made a big difference in being able to see the lines that have been drawn that need to be cutout on the wood pieces.
This light out performs the other two I had previously been using. This light is now performing what two lights had previously been.
If you are looking for a light that has a great appearance as well as function I would recommend this light.
This light casts a good amount of light and did a good job lighting up a good part of my garage. My garage is only 8 feet high. If my garage ceiling was higher, this light could be hung higher and be better able to cast a wider spread of light.
The light has a hook to hang it or it can be more securely installed.
Easy to install and very bright. I installed it 15' up in my shop over a bandsaw. Lights up the area nicely. Will buy a few more.
