Only items purchased directly from www.cinoton.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For non-quality related return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality related return, Cinoton refunds the cost of the product itself.
If the item(s) received are defective/incorrect/damaged. Then the freight will be borne by Cinoton.

How do i return an item?

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

Ordered this 100W LED Canopy Light - Outdoor - 14,000LM - IP65 - Waterproof Commercial Canopy Light for my new "Lean Too" under roof light. Recently built a lean too on side of my main workshop to park tractor, trenching machine, and mowers in and out of weather. Originally thought I would put up a couple florescent lights, but a friend advised to look & check out LED lights and did. Have been reading about them, their design and output of brightness, along with energy cost savings. After comparing various lights, I chose this good LED light & ordered. Glad I chose it as it's very bright and has 14,000 LM of light!. This one single square ceiling light puts out more light than (2) double florescent lights.
I installed it in center of lean too at rafters, and it lights up not only all the inside area of it, also around outside of lean too around parking area. I like the amazing brightness and white light. No more florescent bulbs or ballast to replace, ever!. It came wired, ready to install. It only took approx an hour to install it and was ready to use. I like that it's UL listed and it comes with a (5) yr warranty for peace of mind.
Very happy with this light
This canopy light fixture is extremely well made and is robust. The polycarbonate lens cover is near bullet proof. It produces an abundance of light over a large area. It is easy to mount and is mostly waterproof. I like it for its unbreakable qualities.
I have what I like to call an open air barn. no walls just the roof as high as a hay loft. so we will use this to park farm machinery under and needed some lighting for when we are bringing it back after dark. It was easy to install this canopy light as the wiring is simple and it is rated for damp areas which will be good during our rainy season. I can definitely recommend this light.
Well built canopy light. Durable construction should last for years. Nice and bright 100W LED output in a relatively small sized fixture. There are 1/2" knockouts on sides for running conduit or through the back. The front also has a knockout in the center if you want to install a control like a motion sensor.
