Only items purchased directly from www.cinoton.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For non-quality related return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality related return, Cinoton refunds the cost of the product itself.

How do i return an item?

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

Thankfully, this one has a plug. I accidentally ordered one in the past that didn't and was made to be hardwired. None of these bay lights ever seem to have a longer power cord than five feet though. So this means that you have to have an outlet very close to it, or some other extension cord or hardwired solution. There is no power switch on it, so that's a downside, but there are all sorts of other solutions from Alexa-type power adapters to short extension cords with a switch on it that you can use. It's got a metal housing, which is good because these do get hot. It's low profile, so you can fit it into tight spaces, but use care that it's still got room to breathe so it doesn't overheat and cause a fire hazard. At 21,000 lumens, it's plenty bright. And the price is fair. It's a pretty good light.
This is a very bright light that I have hung about 11 feet off the ground in our open shop. I intend to raise it up another foot, but as hot as our summers get I am not sure I want it near the roof. The higher the better the light coverage, but I only need it to cover the main work area to make it easier to work on our tractors.
I like the hanging solution, I just ran a tube across the rafters and slipped this over it.
This UFO was much brighter than anticipated. Overall it's heavy and high quality. The one thing I do not like about it is the top hook. You basically have to get another hook to hang this up and we have many of these UFOs, and all of them come with a normal hook to attach it to the ceiling. Overall, I am still happy with this.
Have been using this in a shop setting for about 9 days now. Mounted about 12ft off the floor. Very bright. Will have to see about the longevity but for now it is great. Comes with a built in safety cable and hook. All you have to do is loosen the set screw and thread in the mounting hook the retighten the set screw. Hang and plug in to a standard 120vac outlet.
This is a great shop light. The light was consistent from edge to edge and has a good enough spectrum to not make me sick! Nice and bright, low power consumption too.
