Only items purchased directly from www.cinoton.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For non-quality related return, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality related return, Cinoton refunds the cost of the product itself.
If the item(s) received are defective/incorrect/damaged. Then the freight will be borne by Cinoton.

How do i return an item?

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

This light is perfect for my shed! I was easy to install since it has a plug end cord, and my previous lights were plug in shop lights. There's a huge difference in brightness and I can see so much better throughout the shed. The light seems rugged and well built. I'd recommend these lights if you need to see better in your garage, shed or wherever. If you have a high bay warehouse or garage this type of light would work great!
It's way past time for us to replace our halogen lights in our barn that are burning out. This plug in light, that comes with a carabiner clip and safety rope, will help provide our barn with the light we need. Our barn ceiling is higher than the recommended height for this light, but we may be placing it on the wall instead. We'll have to try it in a few places to see what works best.
I plugged this light into an outlet in our house just to see how bright it was. I thought I was going to go blind. It is super bright. I like that it doesn't take as much electricity to provide the lumens that it does. It's also waterproof. Good thing for us, as we have water that drips from the metal roof inside the barn. This light weighs less than our halogen lights, another plus.
Just waiting for a lift so we can get these installed safely. In the meantime, it was good to find such a great product for our old lights.
UPDATE: With installation, there is a set screw in the underside of the light, right in the middle that needs to be loosened so that the hanging hook can be screwed in. That screw will strip, so be careful. Also, this light when on gets extremely hot, so be careful where you hang it. Would have been a simple install, but we took down the old hardware from the previous light, just to have to put it back up again due to the heat it generated.
On the upside, this light is brighter than we imagined. It hangs about 20 feet up, and the area where it shines down and provides good bright light is at least 17 feet in diameter. It shines beyond this, but a little dimmer. So excited to have our barn bright again.
