Cinoton is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 30 days of receipt. We also accept exchange within 60 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Almost all of our products ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse(s) located across the United States. A few items, namely many Clearance items, ship from our location in Southern California.

Shipping is free for delivery to the lower 48 continental United States.
